My training and work experience is gained in nearly 30 years in the catering sector, in different types of structures from the "tourist" restaurant to starred Michelin restaurants, going from the hotels 3 stars to hotels to 5 star luxury.
In 1990 landing in Sardinia, in Gallura, the territory northeast of this fantastic island and decided to settle here.
